I'm going through some tough stuff right now and I've found that the Oprah and Deepak Finding Your Flow free meditation series is helping a lot. The three-week series started seven days ago and it's not too late for you, if you're interested, to join me. If you start today you'd have two more weeks to go. I like it because they make it easy. Each session, starting with Oprah and then Deepak introducing the centering thought and the Sanskrit mantra for the day, lasts no more than twenty minutes. Deepak minds the meditating time so all I have to do is close my eyes and keep repeating the mantra until he rings a little bell that indicates it's time to release the mantra. He speaks again after the meditation period about the day's centering thought, and then closes the session with Namaste. Today's session title is Finding Consciousness.
